In the warm atmosphere of the Maison, the restaurant offers specialities from the Aosta Valley region together with more elaborate and refined dishes created by our chef's imagination.
As a starter, you can enjoy a selection of the most renowned Italian cured meats, such as Parma ham cured for 24 months, Zibello bacon and Volterra salami; our regional delicacies include carbonada beef stew with polenta and stuffed pancakes with ham and cheese. Not to be missed is a tasty Castelmagno-style risotto or our cheese platter, a selection of the best Italian cheeses, such as Parmesan aged for 24 months, Fontina, Auricchio and Sweet Gorgonzola. The raclette cheese dish needs to be ordered in advance.
Our wine list includes around sixty brand labels ranging from typical regional wines to the best Sicilian wines.
