In the warm atmosphere of the Maison, the restaurant offers specialities from the Aosta Valley region together with more elaborate and refined dishes created by our chef's imagination.

As a starter, you can enjoy the Lard d'Arnad served on crunchy toast or salmon carpaccio marinated in pink peppercorns; as a main course you can choose between our delicious carbonada beef stew and a wide range of other dishes.

The raclette cheese dish needs to be ordered in advance.

Our restaurant also serves fresh fish and crustacean dishes and we recommend you try the pappardelle broad pasta with lobster!

Our wine list includes around sixty brand labels ranging from typical regional wines to the best Sicilian wines.

Even if you are not staying with us, it is definitely worth visiting our hotel restaurant just to sample our culinary specialities!

Once you make your booking, we will come and collect you on our snow trucks or snowmobiles and you can even choose to ski back, a wonderful experience in the moonlight.
